I’m a mum of 3 kids, wife to a pastor in the North of England, and co-creator and author of The Telos Realms. We minister to a small church in a hard to reach area. Naturally I'm an introvert-so the wrong person to be writing about this. There's usually a lot of people in our home, whether it's our kids' mates/(church) family/total strangers, it’s always busy, always full of food & always carnage. The house is a mess. The food is basic. And I've struggled with hospitality.
My question has always been "Yes, but HOW did they start doing it?". I know what I've described above is maybe WAY out of your comfort zone but let me reassure you that it IS possible to be hospitable without having to lose your mind (or your priceless vase). This blog aims to help you become more hospitable than you are right now. That might mean embracing the crazy, it might mean being open-to-working-towards-maybe-trying-it-a-little-bit. Hopefully you'll feel less panicked when the Bible mentions the H-word & more equipped. So make yourself at home.

The Telos Realms
What if you could see the unseen? What if the spiritual and the physical were both visible in our world? What if heaven and hell, demons and angels, and the spiritual battles we face all played out in real time in front of our eyes every day?
Set in the future, The Telos Realms imagines a world where these questions become reality. After centuries of decay and conquest, only a thin strip of land remains of the earth, known as the Telos Realms. The story follows the clash between Pseudes, the malevolent ruler of Gehenna, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, and the Kingsmen, believers in the Maker who have pledged allegiance to the King, who has already won the ultimate victory. At one end of the Telos Realms lies Watergate, the sanctuary of the faithful, while at the other end sits Sheol, a town on the edge of Gehenna. Those who leave the Watergate rarely return… Until now.
